Adding an Admin (Pippily) Support Person to Stripe

We need ADMIN access to your Stripe Account for Pippily support to assist in the initial setup.


  1. Login to your Stripe account
  2. Click on the GEAR icon top right 
  3. Scroll down to BUSINESS SETTINGS
  4. Click on TEAM
  5. Click on NEW MEMBER
  6. Enter the team member email address
  7. Select "ADMINISTRATOR" check box

Once the API Keys, Pippily Connecting, and subscription plans are all set up, you may remove the administrator from Pippily.


To remove, go into this area again and remove the person.
