- Go into the Pippily system and access the correct community
- Add standardized Categories to Pippily found in the CommunityOnboarding area
- Download the file template from Pippily (this will be a spreadsheet template for this particular client)
- Transfer content from the customer spreadsheet they provided to this spreadsheet
- Be sure to maintain the spreadsheet automation built into the Pippily-generated spreadsheet
- Once the spreadsheet is verified complete, it is time to return to Pippily to upload the spreadsheet
- Resolve any errors from the Pippily dashboard during the upload process
- Now check the community businesses for this community
- If all in order you are done with this initial process
