Upload Content Spreadsheet Process for New Pippily Client (for admin)

  1. Go into the Pippily system and access the correct community
  2. Add standardized Categories to Pippily found in the CommunityOnboarding area
  3. Download the file template from Pippily (this will be a spreadsheet template for this particular client)
  4. Transfer content from the customer spreadsheet they provided to this spreadsheet
  5. Be sure to maintain the spreadsheet automation built into the Pippily-generated spreadsheet
  6. Once the spreadsheet is verified complete, it is time to return to Pippily to upload the spreadsheet
  7. Resolve any errors from the Pippily dashboard during the upload process 
  8. Now check the community businesses for this community
  9. If all in order you are done with this initial process
