Creating a Blog

To create a new blog, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the main blog admin page located under the 'Website/App Management' section. This page displays your existing blogs and provides icons for editing blog settings, deleting blogs, managing blog posts, and handling blog categories.

2. At the top of the page, you'll find a button to create a new blog. There are also buttons to edit blog permissions and deploy the blog to your website. Remember to click the deploy button after creating a blog or blog post to make the changes visible on your website.

3. When you click the 'Create New Blog' button, you'll be directed to a setup page where you can configure the following options:

- Title: Enter the title for your blog, which will be displayed on the blog pages and links.

- Who can post to this blog: Choose the overall permissions for the blog. You can allow only admins, selected members, or all members to post.

- Enable/Disable Comments: Decide whether you want to enable or disable comments on blog posts.

- Who can write comments on the blog (if enabled): Determine who has permission to leave comments on blog posts. Options include admin only, selected members, all members, or everyone (including public submission).

- Enable/Disable Categories: Toggle this option to enable or disable the use of categories within the blog. Categories help organize blog posts within the same blog.

- Description: Add a description for your blog, which search engines will use when indexing the blog.

- Keywords: Enter keywords that will assist search engines in indexing your blog posts.

4. After creating your blog, you'll be directed to the category setup page. Here, you can view, edit, or delete existing categories. To add a new category, simply click the 'New Category' button at the top left.

5. To manage your blog posts, click the 'Manage Blog Posts' button located on the top right. This allows you to edit, delete, or create new posts for your blog.

By following these steps, you can easily create and customize your own blog, enabling you to share engaging content and interact with your audience effectively.
