Welcome to our help desk! In the Member Database Admin area, administrators have various options to manage members and their information. Here's how you can perform different tasks:
Viewing Members and Member Data:
- View: In the View dropdown list, you can select different member types and member plans to view specific groups of members. You can also choose options like "All Members" to see everyone (excluding prospects and staff), or "All Record Types" for a general overview.
- Status: You can filter members based on their status, such as Active, Pending, Denied, Dropped, or view all members regardless of status.
- Search: Use the search function to find specific members by entering search criteria. It searches through all available member data.
- Show/hide Columns: Click this button to customize the displayed data columns in the table, showing only the information you need.
Adding Members:
To add a new member, simply click on the "Add new member" link. It will open a blank form where you can fill in the necessary information. Once you've entered the details, click submit to create the member's record.
Changing Member Info:
To edit a member's information, including their status, click on the edit pencil link next to the respective member. This will allow you to make changes and update their details.
Deleting Members:
If you wish to delete a member, click on the Red Delete X link next to their name. However, please note that if you're using the Member Billing System and an invoice has been created for that member, deletion is not possible. In such cases, it's recommended to change their status to "dropped" instead. This ensures that the invoicing information is retained for accounting purposes, particularly in the event of an audit.
We hope this information helps you effectively manage members in the Member Database Admin area. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact our support team.
