Member Engagement

The member database offers an optional engagement score that provides insights into a member's activity within the MMS (Member Management System).

To enable this feature, follow these steps:

1. Go to Configuration.

2. Select Member Database.

3. Look for the option "Show Member Engagement Tab and Report Link."

4. Enable this option to activate the member engagement functionality.

Once enabled, you will have access to the Member Engagement Tab and Report Link, allowing you to view and analyze members' engagement scores.

The engagement score helps measure a member's level of involvement and participation within the MMS. It provides valuable information to understand their activity and engagement, enabling you to better track and manage member interactions.

Feel free to enable this feature and explore the member engagement scores to enhance your understanding of member involvement within the system.
