Newsletter Configuration - User Guide

In the Newsletter Configuration, you'll find settings for enhancing your newsletter functionality. Here are a few key features explained:

1. Prospect Join Link:

   By enabling this feature, a convenient link will be inserted at the top of messages sent to prospects. When prospects click on this link, their records will be converted to full member records, and the system will generate an appropriate invoice for their dues.

2. Open Rate Detection:

   If you have a header image set up, open rate detection can help you identify recipients who open your messages. When a recipient opens an email, the header image is loaded from our system in a way that allows us to track the open. However, please note that not all email clients automatically load images, so this detection may not work for all recipients.

3. Click-thru Detection:

   Click-thru detection is designed to track recipients' engagement with specific article pages you create using the editor. By utilizing this feature, you can monitor whether a person clicked through to read a particular article.
