Community Post - Posts - Help Guide
Post Feature:
The Post feature is a link available in the System Links menu (item 12.3) within the MMS Configuration options. To access this feature, ensure that the Community Posts feature is enabled in the MMS Configuration settings.
This link can be added to your public website, creating a dedicated page to showcase all the community submissions that have been approved by the admin. The displayed articles will be based on their submission and expiration dates. Additionally, you have the option to include this link in broadcast emails or within the newsletter, instead of directly publishing the articles themselves.
The articles on this webpage will be organized by their submission month, with the page defaulting to display the most recent month in which approved articles were submitted.
Details:
When a user clicks on the name of an article on the Post page, they will be directed to another page where the full article is displayed.
