Our reporting tool, known as Reports/Lists/Labels, allows you to quickly generate reports. Here are the four steps to using this tool effectively:

1. Select a Document Type

Choose from a variety of document types available, including member lists and label formats. You can also export member data as a comma-delimited file, which can be imported into software like MS Access or MS Excel for advanced mail-merges.

2. Select a Query

In this step, you specify the specific group of members for which you want a listing. You can narrow it down by member type, project/committee affiliation, email list recipients, and more.

3. Exclude Email Recipients?

Our system offers a unique feature: if you want to send a quick message to all members, you can use the members@ email distribution list (accessible if you choose to host your website with us). By utilizing the exclude email recipients function, you can generate mailing labels for members who are not on the members@ list. In other words, you can send emails to those who are online and postcards to everyone else.

4. Pick a Sort Order

By default, the sorting order is based on last name, first name (or organization/business name for organizational members). However, if you process bulk mailings with the postal service, you can print labels and postcards sorted by ZIP code. This allows for smoother bulk mailings and potential cost savings with the USPS.
