Officers/Board Members
To include a member in the Officers List or Board of Directors List, follow these steps:
1. Access the Member Database and edit the member's information.
2. Look for the "Board Member?" field. You will see three fields:
- Checkbox: Check this box to include the member in the board list.
- Title Field: Enter their title (e.g., President, Vice President) in the "Title:" field.
- Rank Field: Use this field to establish the order of board members. Assign a rank number (e.g., 1 for President, 2 for Vice President, 3 for Director) to indicate their position in the "pecking order."
