Table Packages

If you need to register a group of people together, using a "Table Registration" can be very convenient. This feature allows one member to quickly register multiple people under a single package.

To enable this option, follow these steps:

1. Go to [MMS Configuration -> Event Registration Configuration].

2. Look for the section called [General Options] and find the option "Enable Table Registration". Enabling this option allows for easy registration of tables of attendees, often used for banquets.

Make sure to enable this option before setting up table packages for an event.

To set up a table package, follow these steps within your event:

1. Click on [Add/Change/Delete Package].

2. Enter all the necessary information for the package, such as the Package Name, Description, Cost, and so on.

If you enabled the table registration option as mentioned above, you will now see a "Table Package" drop-down menu.

1. Set the primary package for the first person who will register as follows:

   Package Type: This is a Table Package

2. In the field below, specify the number of attendees included per table.

3. IMPORTANT: You need to set up a secondary package for the additional attendees. Click on [Add/Change/Delete Package] again.

4. Set the cost of the secondary package to $0 and in the "Table Package" drop-down menu, select:

   Designated package for Additional Attendees

5. That's it! Now, when someone selects the "Table Package," they can enter the names of additional attendees under the $0 package labeled "Additional Attendees."

Using table packages makes it easy to register a group of people together, and this feature is especially useful for banquets or events where multiple attendees are registered under one primary registrant.
