Event Registration Messages

The event registration system allows you to send email messages to the people who have registered for an event. Here's how you can use this feature:

1. Accessing the Messaging Option: To send messages, go to the Event Registration admin menu and click on 'msg' next to the event you want to send messages for.

2. Message List: After clicking on 'msg', you will see a list of previously sent messages. At the top, there will be a link to "send new message" and options to "re-send" or "delete" previous messages.

3. Sending a New Message: To send a new message, click on "Send New Message". You will be guided through a series of pages.

- Message Details: On this page, provide your name as the sender, enter your email for the reply email, and add a subject and your message. You can format the message using the editor and include images if desired.

- Attachments: If you want to include files with your message, use the "Browse" button to find the file on your local drive and click "Attach" to upload and attach it to the message.

- Recipients: In this section, you can choose who will receive your message. You can select recipients individually or add them based on specific criteria using queries. To add recipients using a query, select the relevant options related to their registration details (such as packages or custom fields) and click "Add Recipients by Query".

- Message Details: This is a confirmation page where you can review the message details before sending. Take a moment to double-check everything, and when you're ready, click the "Send the Message" button.

That's it! You have successfully sent a message to the registered attendees of the event.
