File Archive - User Guide


The File Archive is a user-friendly system that enables your organization to share documents with members through the members area. Once uploaded by an admin-level user, all members can access these files by logging into the members area.


Accessing the File Archive:


To access the File Archive, log in to the members area. On the main members area page, you'll find the File Archive section at the bottom of the right-hand column. Under the "File Archive" subheading, you'll see a list of categories.


Viewing and downloading files:


To view files in a specific category, simply click on the category name. This will take you to a page where you can see a list of files available in that category. From here, you have the option to view or download the files.
