Online Store Inventory Management - Help Guide
When you create an item in the store, you can specify the maximum inventory for that item. This indicates the quantity of the item that is available for sale in the store. As customers purchase items, the system keeps track of the number sold. Once the quantity sold reaches the maximum inventory set, the item will automatically be marked as 'Sold Out' and will no longer be available for purchase.
You have the flexibility to adjust the maximum inventory or reset the counter of items sold at any time. If you don't need inventory management for a particular item, you can leave the maximum inventory set at 0, and the system will ignore it.
