Enhance your communication with members through our optional add-on service: Broadcast Text Messaging. With this feature, your association can send text messages to a group of members, ensuring efficient and effective communication.

Here's what you need to know:

- Minimum monthly charge: $19.95 (applies even if you use less than 500 individual texts in a given month).

- Premium service: Enjoy the benefits of this premium service to engage with your members conveniently.

- Additional texts: Above the 500 allowed per month, each additional text costs $0.02 per member-message.

- Activation: To activate this feature, simply reach out to our tech support team, and we'll enable the module for you.

- Mobile phone field: You'll need to enable a special mobile phone field in the member database and input your members' mobile numbers into this field. This ensures the correct recipients for your broadcast messages.

- Sending a message: Once the module is enabled, click on 'send new message' to compose your message. Enter a subject (for tracking purposes) and the message content.

- Selecting recipients: On the next screen, you'll be able to choose recipients. Only member records with mobile phone numbers filled in will be available for selection.

- Status page: After sending the message, a 'status page' will be available, showing the progress of the message delivery. It also captures any replies received from recipients.
