Introducing Custom Fields!
We offer two separate custom field systems to cater to your organization's unique needs. Let's explore each system:
1. Custom Fields (Older System):
This system has been around since the early days of our Membership Management System (MMS). Although it is less commonly used nowadays, it still holds value in certain situations. Most organizations have this feature available by default. To access it, navigate to the system Configuration and go to the Member Database/Billing Options section.
2. Dynamic Custom Fields (Newer System):
Introduced in 2014, the Dynamic Custom Fields system replaced the older Custom Fields as the standard for data integration in new organizations. To utilize this system, it needs to be activated by an MMS Super Admin for your organization. Once enabled, you can find its configuration menu located below the older Custom Fields link.
