Tasks - Help Desk Version
The event registration task manager is accessible through the 'task' link in the actions column of the event list. This page displays current open tasks and allows you to create new ones.
To create a new task, follow these steps:
1. Task Creation: Enter the task name, description, set the priority, and choose the person to assign the task to. Please note that task assignments are for administrative purposes only. No emails will be sent when tasks are assigned, and only admins can view the task list.
2. Task Completion: When a task is completed, click on the checkmark icon next to the task. Select the completion date and mark the task as complete. The task will be moved off the first page of the task listing.
3. Viewing Completed Tasks: If you want to view only completed tasks, click on the link at the top of the page labeled 'View Completed Tasks Only'. This allows you to access and review previously completed tasks.
