Project Task List - User Guide


The project task list, located within Projects/Committees, allows you to efficiently manage tasks and their progress. Here's how you can access and utilize this feature:


Accessing the Task Manager:


1. Go to the project info page and look for the 'Update Tasks' link in the functions section.

2. Click on the 'Update Tasks' link to access the task manager.


Managing Tasks:


1. On the task manager page, you will see a list of tasks associated with the project.

2. To create a new task, use the provided option on the page.

3. Enter the task name, description, set the priority, and choose who should be assigned to the task within the committee or among admins.


Completing Tasks:


1. Once a task has been completed, you can mark it as such on the task manager page.

2. Locate the task and click on the checkmark icon next to it.

3. Choose the date of completion and mark the task as complete.

4. The task will be removed from the task list but can still be accessed by clicking on the 'View All Tasks' link at the top right of the page.


By utilizing the project task list, you can effectively manage and track the progress of tasks associated with your project or committee.
