Survey Reports - User Guide
Survey reports provide valuable insights into the data collected from your surveys. There are three major reports available: Results, Respondents, and Individual Responses. Here's a breakdown of each report:
Results (Totals):
- The Results (Totals) report provides a summary of the survey questions' results.
- It is particularly useful for surveys with yes/no questions or questions with predefined answer options.
- This report helps you quickly analyze the overall trends and totals of the survey data.
Respondents (.csv):
- The Respondents report shows which members have completed the survey and which members are yet to fill it out.
- This report is helpful when you have sent the survey via email to a specific group of members.
- It allows you to track the participation status of each member, making it easier to follow up with those who haven't responded.
Individual Responses (.csv):
- The Individual Responses report is essential for surveys that include open-ended questions or text areas.
- It provides access to the individual responses submitted by respondents.
- This report allows you to review the detailed feedback and comments provided by each participant.
- For surveys with multiple-choice or select-an-answer questions, the Results (Totals) report may be more suitable for analyzing the data.
