CRM System - User Guide
The CRM System is a valuable tool for tracking your interactions with members and prospects. It allows you to record emails, visits, and phone calls, helping you maintain a comprehensive history of your contact with individuals. Additionally, you can generate reports based on these contacts for better insights.
Benefits of the CRM System:
- Contact Tracking: Keep a detailed record of your interactions with members and prospects.
- Historical Data: Capture important information such as membership plan history and committees previously served on.
To record a contact, follow these steps:
1. Search for the Member:
Enter the first few letters of the member's name in the search box to find the desired individual. Click on their name to select them.
2. Record a New Contact:
Once you've selected the member, click on "Record New Contact" to create a new contact entry.
3. Enter Contact Details:
Provide the necessary information for the contact:
- Contact Type: Specify the type of interaction (e.g., email, visit, phone call).
- Details: Add any relevant notes or details about the contact.
- Contact Date: Enter the date of the interaction.
4. Mass Contacts (Optional):
If needed, you can perform mass contacts by selecting members based on their Member Type or Category (if enabled). The system will show you a preview of the members who will be included in the mass contact. You can remove specific individuals from the list if you want to make exceptions. Click "Continue" to proceed to the contact details page (e.g., a meeting involving multiple members).
Please note: The term "Ticklers" has been updated to "Admin Reminders" in the system.
By utilizing the CRM System, you can efficiently track your contact history and maintain important information about your members and prospects. Should you require further assistance or have any inquiries regarding the CRM System, our help desk is available to support you.
