Election Reports Help Desk Guide
There are two main reports available for elections: Results and Respondents. To access these reports, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your account and go to the Elections module.
2. In the Elections module, you will find a Reports button in the function column for each created election. Click on the Reports button for the election you want more information on.
Results Report:
The Results report provides a summary of the election results. If the questions in the election were multiple choice, the report will show the total number of people who selected each option (e.g., x number of people selected option A). For questions with text-based answers, the individual responses are listed.
Respondents Report:
The Respondents report shows who has completed the election.
Please note that the elections module uses a special system to separate member information from the actual results. This means there is no way to link specific entries to individual members.
