Digital Membership Card - Help Guide
The Membership Cards manager is a powerful tool that allows admins to generate digital cards, certificates, and more for all members, regardless of their certification or course completion status. These digital cards are easily accessible to members through the member portal under the "My Membership" section, specifically under "Membership Information."
Admins have the flexibility to control the distribution of these digital cards. They can restrict access to only members who have paid their dues and limit it to specific member plans if needed.
Members can conveniently display these digital cards on their phone or computer, and they also have the option to download them for offline use or printing.
Additionally, our mobile app includes a feature that enables members to scan QR codes provided by other members, allowing for easy collection of contact information.
The Member QR Code ID feature enables members to display their own unique QR code, which can be scanned by other members using the Lead Retrieval feature. This facilitates seamless exchange of contact details between members.
Moreover, the Lead Retrieval feature provides a comprehensive view of the scanned leads, allowing admins to review and manage the collected information. It also offers the option to export the leads to a CSV file for further analysis or integration with other systems.
